Dear Customer,

Re: Change to terms of business

We would like to inform you of some changes to our terms of business:

  • From 1st January 2023 we will only accept a maximum of £50 in cash payments. This is a safety measure to ensure our drivers are not carrying large quantities of cash.
  • Our standard deliveries are made between 7am and 5pm. Deliveries of fresh chilled products such as chips or chicken are made between the hours of 4am and 5pm. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time between these hours so you should ensure someone is able to receive delivery between these hours.
  • If we attempt to make a delivery but are unable to access your business, we will apply a £15 redelivery charge for the order to cover our costs.
  • If you have placed an order and this is successfully delivered, perishable items cannot be returned or credited to your account and the full invoice will remain payable. Exceptions will apply if the product is deficient.
  • With regards to chips that have been delivered, if there is an issue with the product, please take a picture of the bar code and batch number and send this to us. We can forward this on to the manufacturer and can credit your account once the manufacturer has approved this.
